Costruita tra il 1600 ed il 1800, la Masseria Palombara è stata autenticamente restaurata rispettando i canoni dell’architettura rurale salentina. Le stanze hanno tutte le volte a stella o a botte in tufo, la calce bianca, i mobili vintage  e decorati per conferire il massimo del confort e del relax agli ospiti. Ma la Masseria Palombara è anche eco-friendly: qui infatti l’acqua calda e l’energia elettrica viene prodotta con il sole. Mozzafiato anche (e soprattutto) gli esterni: muri bianchi, piante e cactus, legno e bambù, e caratteristici muretti in pietro a secco che da soli fanno la metà dello charme di questi luoghi meravigliosi. Una chicca è la splendida piscina in cui immergersi anche per un bagno di mezzanotte per ammirare il cielo stellato e rimanere in ascolto del silenzio della natura circostante.

Constructed between 1600 and 1800, the Masseria Palombara was authentically restored respecting the canon of the rural architecture of Salento. The rooms all have star or barrel vaults in tuff, white lime, vintage furniture and decorated to give the maximum comfort and relaxation to the guests. But the Masseria Palombara is also eco-friendly: in fact, here, the hot water and electricity are produced by the sun. Breathtaking also (and above all) the exterior: white walls, plants and cacti, wood and bamboo, and characteristic dry stone walls that by themselves make half of the charm of this marvelous place. A treat is the splendid pool to dive into also for a midnight swim to admire the starry sky and listen to the silence of the surrounding nature.
