La caratteristica unica di questa costruzione é la luce, che seguendo i ritmi della natura e dell’ora del giorno, entra in tutte le stanze e con i suoi cambianti, dona una incredibile varietà di atmosfere. I pavimenti in cemento grigio del piano terra contrastano con il legno biondo delle scale e degli inserti che incorniciano le grandi vetrate dando un bel ritmo agli spazi.

Fashioned with full-glass walls that overlook a small courtyard, this home offers an extraordinary view of the imposing, centenarian pear tree that is the throbbing heart of the house and from which it takes its name: “Pear Tree House”.

Light is this construction’s most unique feature: following the rhythms of nature and time of day, it enters each and every room, and through its changes, it provides the home a variety of moods. The grey, cement pavement on the ground floor of the home contrasts with the blonde wood of the stairs and of the inserts that frame the large glass windows, giving a nice rhythm to the spaces.
