Un bellissimo appartamento d’epoca che sfoggia moltissima luce (grazie alle numerose e grandi finestre) e si colora di palette neutre in perfetto stile nordico, ma con un twist. Il fil rouge di questo grande appartamento, infatti, sono le tante sfumature di verde diverse per i vari ambienti: sono soprattutto piante e bouquet a dipingere di verde la casa, di varie dimensioni e specie rallegrano ogni stanza e si abbinano benissimo alle pareti, ai pavimenti e in generale all’atmosfera molto elegante e sontuosa che si respira un po’ in tutta la casa. Tuttavia, due stanze si tingono di sfumature di verde in senso proprio, cioè la cucina e il micro studio ricavato in quello che doveva essere una volta la dispensa. Sono tonalità molto scure e profonde, perfette per ambienti ben illuminati ed eleganti come quelli di questa casa; queste due caratteristiche sono sfruttate molto bene anche dalla boiserie chic in sala da pranzo, che riporta immediatamente indietro nel tempo e “veste” con poco la stanza (il motivo della boiserie è ripreso dalle ante degli armadi in soggiorno e in camera da letto). Gli armadi a muro e le mensole permettono di sfruttare al massimo gli spazi di questo bell’appartamento: la stanza da letto super luminosa è piena di mensole, ideale per gli amanti di libri. Un balcone affacciato sul giardino è arredato in modo molto accogliente e va a creare un piccola stanza in più all’aperto: strepitoso!

The fil rouge of this large apartment, in fact, are the many different shades of green for the various environments: it is above all plants and bouquets that paint the house green, of various sizes and species brighten up every room and go well with the walls, floors and in general the very elegant and sumptuous atmosphere that reigns throughout the house. However, two rooms are tinged with shades of green in the proper sense, namely the kitchen and the micro studio created in what must have been the pantry at one time. They are dark and deep shades, perfect for well lit and elegant environments like those in this house; these two characteristics are also made the most of in the chic boiserie in the dining room, which immediately takes you back in time and “dresses” the room with little (the pattern of the boiserie is taken from the doors and the wardrobes in the living room and bedroom). The built-in wardrobes and shelves allow you to make the most of the space in this beautiful apartment: the super bright bedroom is full of shelves, ideal for book lovers. A balcony overlooking the garden is furnished in a very welcoming way and creates a small, extra room outdoors: amazing!
