Sembrerà strano, eppure è proprio così: una soluzione per un piccolo appartamento (solo 58 mq) e il suo altrettanto piccolo soggiorno può essere questa, trovare un grande divano che vada da parete a parete, posizionato sotto una finestra e l’ambiente non sembrerà più tanto ristretto. Ottimizzare lo spazio è uno dei principali obiettivi di chi arreda o rinnova bilocali e appartamenti dalla metratura ridotta: aiuta sicuramente avere un grande flusso di luce naturale che illumini gli ambienti; un’altra astuzia per separare le aree all’interno della stessa stanza è l’uso dei tappeti, come nel caso dell’appartamento che ammiriamo oggi: il tappeto delinea la fine del soggiorno e l’inizio dell’area del pranzo. L’uso di materiali e fibre tessili daranno invece un tocco accogliente agli ambienti, così come la scelta delle piante e l’assenza di tende alle finestre: evitano un accenno di imponenza e riservatezza non sempre gradita agli ospiti.
