Eccoci a Positano, uno dei comuni più splendidi e caratteristici della costiera Amalfitana, che quasi sembra aver trovato un modo di estrarre l’essenza delle vacanze per trasformarla in pietra. E questo bed&breakfast, con il suo look vagamente vintage, non è sicuramente da meno. Un b&b come pochi altri, con una struttura da fare invidia a chiunque. Una struttura rimodernizzata ma con un forte look tradizionale. Basti guardare i dettagli esterni di porte, finestre, balconi e tetto; con i loro profili modanati in pietra, con una grande presenza di ferro battuto lavorato artigianalmente da mani sapienti, tanti dettagli puramente estetici e non funzionali che però ci fanno capire che ci troviamo in italia, e tante altre piccole cose. Dall’interno invece possiamo apprezzare l’arredamento, un po’ vintage, un po’ moderno, ma non abbastanza esuberante da distogliere l’attenzione dai dettagli importanti. Dettagli come potersi svegliare la mattina e ammirare la vista fuori dalle finestre sul mare e sul bellissimo paese, con tutte le sue case arroccate e di diversi colori. Molti dettagli di verde, perchè la natura ha sempre il suo fascino, sia dentro che fuori casa, e tanti dettagli di materiali naturali, come ad esempio il letto matrimoniale con la base in pietra e legno, che si accompagna benissimo al pavimento in piastrelle tradizionali, o il tavolone che ci accoglie all’ingresso, come fosse un enorme pezzo di pietra da cui qualcuno ha ricavato una superficie da poter sfruttare, un salotto con sedute in materiali naturali o anche solo i paralume usati in modo più moderno appendendole alla parete. Piccoli dettagli che riempiono di curiosità questo splendido b&b, ottimo per una vacanza di pochi giorni, o per più settimane (per chi non riesce a resistere alla tentazione di una lunga vacanza al mare). Un luogo dove rilassarsi e lasciarsi alle spalle la città, per potersi ricaricare con mare, sole, cultura e stile.

Looking at the exterior details of the doors, windows, balcony and roof is enough; with their molded stone profiles, with a large presence of wrought iron handcrafted by skilled hands, many purely aesthetic details and not functional that however make us understand that we are in Italy, and many other little things. Inside, however, we can appreciated the furniture, a little vintage, a little modern, but not exuberant enough to take your attention away from the important details. Details like being able to wake up in the morning and admire the view outside the window of the sea and the beautiful country, with all of the perched houses in different colors. Many green details because nature is always charming, both inside and outside the home, and many details of natural materials, for example the double bed with the base in stone and wood, that accompanies the floor in small traditional tiles very well, or the table that welcomes us at the entrance, as if it were an enormous piece of stone that someone made a surface from, a sitting room with chairs in natural materials or even only the lampshades used in a more modern way by hanging them on the wall. Small details that fill this splendid b&b with curiosity, optimal for vacation of a few days, or a few weeks (for those who can’t resist the temptation of a long vacation at the sea). A place to relax and leave the city behind, to be able to recharge with sea, sun, culture and style.
