Una vecchia fattoria di campagna, nella campagna di Noto. Qui una bellissima struttura, che prende il nome di La Vincenzina, in onore di una amata nonna, si è trasformata in una casa di campagna dal look fresco, pulito e al contempo pieno di vita passata e di ricordi di famiglia. Un luogo creato appositamente dai proprietari per poter sfuggire alla frenetica vita di città. per potersi rintanare in un oasi di tranquillità, in cui il tempo passa lentamente. Una struttura che è già splendida di per se, e che quindi non necessita di grandi lavori d’arredamento. Gli interni, decorati con intonaci e pietre naturali, richiamano l’esterno rustico e la naturalità del paesaggio. La palette di colori caldi e chiari trasmette rilassatezza e tranquillità. Come vediamo nella sala da pranzo, tutto gira attorno al tavolo, alla familiarità, e alla convivialità. Il grande tavolo e le sedie in legno intrecciato hanno il posto d’onore, tutto ciò che sta attorno è un mobile, uno specchio al muro, e un bellissimo camino a se stante in ferro scuro, con la sua forma a bulbo e la canna fumaria che corre fino al soffitto quasi ricorda la natura, i fiori. Nel soggiorno, i divani sono parte integrante della struttura, si compongono di un muretto basso su cui sono posti grossi cuscini comodi e morbidi. Una butterfly chair, un baule dei tempi andati ed è decorata anche questa stanza. Anche le camere sono molto semplici, con il loro letto, un tappeto, un mobile e poco più. Nel bellissimo bagno troviamo un catino rustico che compone il lavandino, e la vasca si comporta come i divani in soggiorno, facente parte della struttura muraria, si ritaglia il suo angolino di relax. Qualche quadretto in bianco e nero sparso in giro, un paio di tappeti, qualche lampada particolare qua e la e il gioco è fatto. Con un a struttura cosi importante, piena di storia, sia famigliare che del luogo, arredare troppo o con troppi colori sarebbe un insulto alla sua bellezza. Un ottimo lavoro per La Vincenzina.

A small countryside farm, in the Sicilian municipality of Noto. A beautiful structure here, that takes the name La Vincenzina, in honor of a loved grandmother, it’s been transformed into a countryside house with a fresh look, clean and at the same time full of past life and family memories. A place created specially by the owners to be able to escape hectic city life, to be able to hole up in an oasis of tranquility, where time passes slowly. A structure that is already splendid in itself, and so does not need great works of furniture. The interior, decorated with plasterwork and natural stones, recalls the rustic exterior and the naturalness of the landscape. The light and warm color palette transmits relaxedness and tranquility. Like we see in the dining room, all revolves around the table, the familiarity, and the conviviality. The large table and chairs in braided wood have the post of honor, everything around is a piece of furniture, a mirror on the wall, and a beautiful fireplace in its own dark iron, with its bulb shape and the tube that runs up to the ceiling almost reminds us of nature, flowers. In the living room, the sofas are a part integrated in the structure, they consist of a low wall on which large, comfortable and soft pillows are placed. A butterfly chair, a trunk from times gone by and this room is also decorated. The bedrooms are also very simple, with their bed, a rug, a dresser and little else. in the beautiful bathroom we find a rustic basin that makes up the sink, and the tub is like the sofas in the living room, part of the structure of the wall, it carves out it’s corner of relaxation. Some paintings in black and white spread around, a pair of rugs, some particular lamps here and there and the game is finished. With a structure this important, full of history, both familiar and local, to furnish too much and with too many colors would be an insult to its beauty. A great job for La Vincenzina.
