Un piccolo nido, esattamente come ci porta a pensare il nome di questo locale. Poco lontano dal centro, situato nei pressi di piazzale Susa, più precisamente in via Gerolamo Turroni 2, questo locale dall’aria accogliente, gestito dalla coppia Lea e Lorenza, ha aperto i battenti poco più di una settimana fa. Un gusto chic, con una vena underground e un pizzico di vintage, tutto ciò che serve per portare nuova vita a un locale senza tempo. Le pareti, parzialmente erose dal tempo e dall’uso che ne è stato fatto precedentemente, fanno trasparire quell’aria di antico\nuovo, quel tipo di decorazione che non cerca la perfezione ma vuole sorprendere, che possiamo ritrovare in tutto il locale, sotto forma di gioco di contrasti tra vintage ed elegante. Dalla sala d’ingresso, con il suo bellissimo bancone blu, i suoi tavolini in marmo per un aperitivo sostanzioso o una cena da leccarsi i baffi, fino al cortile mediterraneo con l’orto delle spezie e arrivando al rossissimo bagno, ogni cosa funziona perfettamente con ciò che si trova attorno. Un lavoro portato avanti dall’architetto Annalisa Grazielli per Marg Studio, seguendo le linee guida delle personalità di chi ci lavora. Un locale sicuramente giovane ma non solo per i giovani, vintage ma non antico, vivace ma non esuberante. Il luogo ideale per un primo appuntamento tranquillo, o una cena di lavoro per impressionare, o semplicemente per una abbuffata di ottimo vino tra amici. Ovviamente un occhio di riguardo anche per la vegetazione, che ci accoglie in vetrina facendo da cornice al logo di questo locale. Edere appese, piante in giardino, spezie nell’orto e tanto vino, perché alla fine anche lui prima era uva. Le due brillanti menti dietro questa esperienza sapranno sicuramente guidarci sulla giusta strada per poter trarre il meglio dalla nostra permanenza in questo dolce angolo di vizi. A small nest, exactly how it brings us to think of the name of this locale. Not far from the center, situated close to Piazzale Susa, this place with a welcoming air, managed by the couple Lea and Lorenza, have opened the doors little more than a week ago. A chic taste, with an underground vein and a pinch of vintage, all that is needed to bring new life to a timeless place. The walls, partially eroded by time and use which was done previously, they make that air of antique/new shine through, that type of decoration that doesn’t seek perfection but wants to surprise, that we can find again throughout the space, in the form of a game of contrast between vintage and elegant. From the entry room, with its beautiful blue balcony, its marble tables for a substantial aperitif or a mouth-watering dinner, up to the Mediterranean courtyard with the spice garden and arriving at the very red bathroom, each thing functions perfectly with that which we find around. A work carried out by the architect Annalisa Grazielli for Marg Studio, following the lines guided by the personality of who works there. A certainly young locale but not only for young people, vintage but not old, lively but not exuberant. The ideal place for a calm first apartment, or a business dinner to impress, or simple for a binge of great wine with friends. Obviously special attention also for the plants, that welcomes in the glass as a frame to the logo of this place. Hanging ivy, plants in the garden, spices in the garden and lots of wine, because in the end they were grapes first. The two brilliant minds behind this experience certainly know to guide us on the right path to be able to make the most of our stay in this sweet corner of vices.
