Una torre squisitamente ristrutturata persa nel mezzo delle verdeggianti colline in provincia di Perugia. Un’impostazione prevalentemente lineare per una struttura che si fa abbracciare dalle linee curve del panorama. Grande attenzione ai materiali dell’arredamento e alle texture che vengono proposte con i nuovi ampliamenti. Di grande pregio anche l’arredamento su misura come ad esempio la scalinata in ferro, che da l’idea di un nastro scuro a fisarmonica appoggiato delicatamente sulla trave di sostegno. La stessa idea di leggerezza e semplicità la ritroviamo nella copertura della piccola area porticata affianco alla piscina. Una semplice lastra che si appoggia sui sostegni principali tramite dei piccoli piedini. Un ottimo esempio di contrasto che funziona tra moderno lineare e rustico grezzo, come si può notare tra i due soggiorni, uno in mattoni a vista senza modifiche e l’altro reso moderno con una copertura in calcestruzzo dipinto di bianco che lascia spazio al divano in legno massello e alla lampada da terra che dà un’aria di riflessione al contesto. La parola d’ordine in questo caso, o meglio le parole d’ordine sono “linee pulite”, ogni tanto spezzate da un complemento d’arredo particolare come ad esempio il lampadario a bracci in vetro colorato che troviamo in sala da pranzo. Un tema ricorrente in tutta la struttura, dalla lampada a fili di tessuto, al tappeto con un design lineare e moderno, fino alle schermature esterne e alla zona relax della piscina. Un luogo per pensare, respirare e lasciarsi ispirare.
