Un sapiente incontro tra romanticismo e modernità caratterizza Höst Restaurant, frutto della collaborazione tra lo studio Norm Architects e l’azienda danese Menu, che produce bellissimi pezzi di design. La proprietà, Cofoco, ha espresso il desiderio di creare un ambiente raffinato, ma privo di ostentazione. Ed infatti, gli ambienti dell’Host Restaurant, sono totalmente privi di oggetti decorativi. Niente quadri o suppellettili, sono piuttosto l’arredamento in legno grezzo, le pareti di una miriade di toni di grigio, il bellissimo bancone del bar e le lampade dal sapore industriale a svolgere il ruolo di primo piano. E, naturalmente, il cibo, che dipende dalle stagioni, poichè l’impegno è quello di offrire piatti con ingredienti naturali e stagionali. Non resta che ammirare le foto e magari, come sempre proponiamo, trarre belle ispirazioni.

The property, Cofoco, expressed a desire to create a refined, but not obstentatious place. And in fact, the environments in Host Restaurant, are completely devoid of decorative objects. No pictures or ornaments, crude wooden furniture, the walls painted a myriad shades of gray, the beautiful bar counter and industrial lamps playing the leading role. And of course the food, which changes according to the season, as the commitment is to offer dishes with natural and seasonal ingredients.
