Non è facile trovare un luogo a Milano così romantico come Piazza San Fedele. Alle spalle della ben nota Piazza della Scala, la piazza è proprio il luogo ideale per chiaccherare mano nella mano, magari seduti su una delle panchine, ammirando la Chiesa di San Fedele che fa da Sfondo. Discreta e molto ben illuminata, Piazza San Fedele ha una pianta quasi rigorosa, rettangolare, contornata dai palazzi e, sul lato più corto, dalla cinquecentesca chiesa di San Fedele. Nel centro campeggia la Statua di Alessandro Manzoni. E’ un luogo silenzioso nonostante la sua vicinanza con il centro cittadino e spesso diviene teatro di manifestazioni legate alla luce.

Discreet and very well-lit, Piazza San Fedele has an almost austere, rectangular lay out, surrounded by buildings and, on the shorter side, from the sixteenth century church of San Fedele. In the center stands the statue of Alessandro Manzoni. It ‘a quiet place despite its proximity to the city center and it often becomes the scene of light themed events.
