Rebecca Louise Law è un artista inglese che lavora prevalentemente con materiali naturali. Il suo percorso artistico si sviluppa attorno alla relazione tra essere umano e natura. E’ famosa per le sue installazioni di fiori appesi in grandi spazi come gallerie, musei e edifici  pubblici. Ha lavorato anche nel campo della moda allestendo delle installazioni floreali per marchi come Gucci, Ferragamo e Hermes. L’ultimo suo lavoro ci porta a New York dove Rebecca Law ha realizzato un’installazione con 16.000 fiori freschi nel Viacom Building di Times Square. L’allestimento durerà tre mesi e i fortunati frequentatori di quel palazzo potranno camminare sotto ad una volta fiorita che li inebrierà di colori  e profumi e che li aiuterà a lasciarsi alle spalle il caos e la confusione di Times Square.

Rebecca Louise Law is an English artist who works mainly with natural materials. Her artistic career has been built around the relationship between human beings and nature. She’s famous for her flower installations hanging in large spaces such as galleries, museums and public buildings. She has also worked in floral fashion setting up installations for brands like Gucci, Ferragamo and Hermes. Her latest work takes us to New York where Rebecca Law has created an installation with 16,000 fresh flowers in the Viacom Building in Times Square. The exhibition will span three months and the lucky viewers who will be able to walk under a volta in bloom, and will be inebriated by the colors and scents, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of Times Square.
