 This refined club in the heart of Brooklyn is inspired by the lobby of the hotel and the Parisian cafes where you were once able to enjoy oysters and sip pastis and absinthe. They offer 30 different types of oysters and the widest selection of absinthe in New York. The food is delicious and the location  really takes us back in time.
